Dues Assistance Policy and Procedures for Province VII
Assistance in paying a Daughter's dues may be granted through the Province VII Dues Assistance Policy. This policy, as described below, outlines the steps a Daughter must take to receive financial assistance.
Procedures for Daughters seeking Dues Assistance
Conversations between the president and treasurer at each level should be conducted in private. The president at each level will have discretion as to how many consecutive years and the total of years that dues assistance may be given to a member at that level.
The diocesan assembly president should follow the same procedures outlined above to assist the DAL in paying her dues.

Assistance in paying a Daughter's dues may be granted through the Province VII Dues Assistance Policy. This policy, as described below, outlines the steps a Daughter must take to receive financial assistance.
Procedures for Daughters seeking Dues Assistance
- A Daughter in need of financial assistance to pay her annual dues must first seek assistance from her chapter president.
- If no money is available through her chapter, she, with assistance of her chapter president, should seek assistance from her diocesan assembly president.
- If no money is available through her diocesan assembly, assistance should be sought from her provincial assembly president

Dues assistance is available for Daughters in Province VII according to the following stipulations:
- A senior Daughter may receive help once every five years
- Dues assistance may be granted up to the annual dues amount
- Provincial assistance only available if Daughter is unable to receive help from their chapter or diocesan assembly
- A Province VII Dues Assistance Form must be completed and submitted to the Province President
